FAQs

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States and to Canada.

  • Our current processing time is 5-7 business days. Once shipped, please allow up to 48 hours for an updated tracking number.

  • All orders are final. Once you place your order, you cannot cancel it. Our products are made in small batches to maintain their freshness and integrity.

  • If your order is returned to the sender, you will be asked to pay another shipping fee for your order to reship.

  • No, we do not offer wholesale at this time.

  • At over 80 degrees, body butters will melt. Melted butter is still usable but will lose its consistency. However, it does not affect the integrity of the butter. Please, do not let the package sit in warm weather after it has been delivered.

    We advise our customers to put any melted butter in the refrigerator for about 30 – 60 minutes and it will harden. For a whipped texture, empty the jar in a bowl and using an electric hand mixer, whip for about 5 minutes and pour back into the jar.

    We will not replace body butters that have melted in transit.
